All games and services are custom-made according to client requirements.

Features not explicitly agreed upon are not included

Any additional requests may require extra fees and timeline adjustments

Final results may vary slightly depending on technical constraints

4. Payments

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable

Full payment is required before final delivery unless otherwise agreed

Failure to complete payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope

Requests outside the original scope may be charged separately

Excessive revision requests may result in additional costs

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

Once full payment is received, the client owns the final delivered game and assets

I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing

Source files may be excluded unless explicitly included in the agreement

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide clear instructions, assets, and feedback in a timely manner

Ensure they have the legal rights to any materials they provide

Respond within reasonable timeframes to avoid delays

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

8. Delivery & Timelines

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Delays caused by scope changes, revisions, or missing information are not the responsibility of the developer

Force majeure events may affect delivery

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website.

By purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

Financial losses, lost profits, or indirect damages

App store rejections or platform policy changes

Performance of the game after delivery unless ongoing support is agreed

All services are provided “as is”.

11. Confidentiality

Any sensitive information shared during the project will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or permitted by the client.

12. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate a project if:

Payment terms are violated

Communication becomes abusive or unprofessional

The project scope changes excessively without agreement

In such cases, completed work remains payable.
