REFUND POLICY
Overview
Due to the custom and digital nature of game development services, all projects are handled with care, transparency, and clear communication. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Work & Refunds
All games and related services are custom-made according to the client’s specifications. For this reason:
Refunds are not available for completed work
Once development has started, refunds are limited as time and resources are invested immediately
Eligible Refunds
A partial refund may be issued only under the following conditions:
The project has not yet entered active development
The work delivered is significantly different from what was agreed in the original scope
A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be reasonably resolved
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue being identified.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after development has started
Dissatisfaction based on personal taste or expectations not stated in the original agreement
Delays caused by missing information, assets, or feedback from the client
Requests for additional features outside the agreed scope
Completed and delivered projects
Revisions Instead of Refunds
Whenever possible, I prefer to resolve issues through:
Reasonable revisions
Adjustments within the agreed scope
Clear communication to meet expectations
My goal is always to deliver a result you’re happy with.
Cancellations
If a project is cancelled by the client:
Any completed work up to that point remains payable
No refund will be issued for completed milestones
